Covid-19 Update: Please note that due to the current restrictions relating to Covid-19, in some instances it may take between 4-6 days to receive your coffee order from us.
We accept return items within 30 days from the date of dispatch from the United Kingdom and aboard. To return an item - order your FREE pre-paid envelope from us at email@example.com
Once the returned item has been received by our returns team we will process your refund, which can take up to 28 working days to credited back your original method of payment. We also recommend that you hold onto a copy of your 'proof of purchase' until the matter is resolved. Exchanges are not included in our returns policy. All our orders are delivered via the Royal Mail service.
